Preggy for 6weeks

6 to 7 weeks preggy po . experiencing spotting until now . im taking duphaston already according to my obgyne before . have my ultrasound last feb 3 2021 . but still spotting continous . then i go to my obgyne last tuesday . kc spotting still continues i was so worried na po kc dark brown na lumalabas sakin . Have my new obgyne since my obgyne before is too old na and nagpasecond opinion na din kaso sa ultrasound ko sac palang nakita . nid irepeat in feb 22 . sana may makita na . pero still experiencing spotting pa din po until now . sabi i dont nid to be wooried kc it's normal lang wag lang dW reddish ang kulay at buo buo . napapranoid na po kc ako . may history po kc sko ng miscarriage before . kaya nagwoworry ako if normal lang ba naeexperience ko o hindi . anyone could help me pls ?
