Stuck at 1cm

I've been stucked at 1cm for a week now and it is making me so frustrated😔 I've been doing 30 minutes walking, 100 squats and climbing stairs every morning and evening but feel like it is not working😟 I am so depressed already. Is there anything else I could do to speed up my labor and delivery?

Did my water broke?

I woke up tonight at 2am and went to CR to pee then suddenly, i noticed that my underwear was very wet as well as my shorts, it did not smell like pee. I am not sure if my water broke? I am only at my 36 weeks and very worried about my baby, I do not want my baby to come out premature ? I can't sleep anymore.
