Sipon at ubo

Mahigit 1week na po may sipon ubo ang baby ko dahil po ata sa pag uwi namin bicol to manila 3moths pa lang sya.ano pong advice ang pwedi nyo sabihin sakin as a firstime mom at age of 20.its so hard po for me na i have a 3months old then may sipon madaling sabihan ng pabayang nanay. Pls advise me what i can do to my baby exept for looking pedia. Thank you
