Going Out After CSection

Just want to know kung kelan or ilang weeks/months pwede lumabas ang newly delivered mom esp nagundergo ng CSection?

You may seek professional advice from your OB. But as for my experience, I tried going out after 2 weeks and hirap na hirap ako and nagsisi kasi sana I stayed home nalang. Kasi parang napagod ako masyado kahit kumain lang naman kami pero mejo madami kasi kami nilakad sa Mall. Depende parin yan sa recovery ng katawan mo mommy.
