21 weeks first time mom here I've experience leg cramps last night any advise what to do to lessen the pain? Afternoon na po kasi ramdam ko prn kpg lumalakad. thanks po

Warm compress sa affected muscle Mommy and please keep yourslef hydrated all the time. Mas sipagan pa po natin uminom ng water, usually po kasi kapag may cramps kulang po tayo ng water and/or potassium sa katawan. Buko juice will help too.
