May pantal po sa legs ng baby ko

Ano po kaya ito mga mommy? Sinend lang po kasi ni mama kasi nasa trabaho pa ako. 3 mos. and 8 days na po si baby. Wala naman daw po siyang lagnat. Bigla nalang daw nagkaroon ng parang kati kati, wala din daw po signs na nakagat ng lamok o kung ano.
