what are the foods that is suitable for 8 months old baby ? & how many grms. or spoon etc.

My LO is 8 months, kumakain na sya ng rice, veggies (such as carrots, kalabasa, patatas) dinudurog lang ng maige then boiled water (pinalamig na) ang pinapainom while eating and before mag dede. 😊
