Hairfall Problem

Hello, is it normal po after giving birth na super dami ng hairfall? Mag fa five months na po yung baby ko at nung buntis po ako di nman grabe yung hairfall. Nag woworry lng po ako bka maubos yung buhok ko😭 Ano po yung mabuting gawin o magandang gamitin? #1stimemom

Karamihan po kasi ng nalalagas na hair postpartum ay galing dun sa sobrang lago na hair during pregnancy. One mom I know took vitamins C and E, biotin, and zinc. But if you're breastfeeding po, ask your pedia about what you can take, or other options to prevent hairfall while keeping your baby safe.
