Bawal po ba magbugat Ang buntis

May 2yrold po kasi akong anak na mahilig magpakarga, okay lang po ba yun kahit na 2 months na akong buntis?

Usually po ay pinagbabawal talaga, lalo na kung maselan ang pagbubuntis nyo kaya it's best to consult your OB. Depende rin po kung gaano kabigat ang 2yo nyo. Personally, buntis rin ako ngayon with an almost 3yo, iniiwasan ko nang buhatin sya pero if kailangan, or gusto nya ay binubuhat ko pa rin. Hindi naman maselan pagbubuntis ko at hindi naman po sa pagmamayabang, pero malakas ako and physically active. I make sure to use proper lifting kapag nagbubuhat ako (bending my knees and keeping my back straight). When I do physical activities, nafi-feel ko that I'm engaging my legs and/ or arm muscles and not putting any strain on my abdomen or pelvic muscles.
