Home remedies for flu ? & cough?

Hi mommies & soon to be mommies out there, boleh suggest apa dan bagaimana cara menyembuhkan flu dan batuk? Sakit dah almost 4 days and macam no sign of getting better.. even tho I drink a lot of warm water and consume vitamin C.. penglihatan pun terganggu sbb macam lazy eyes dah gara2 flu.. help me out~ thanks ?

Cincang lotssss of bawang putih and mix with honey. Seksa nak telan tapi cepat sembut. Had cough for more than a week time pregnant haritu then mkn a tablespoon 3x a day, the second day flu n cough stop
