No Heartbeat

Hi, first time mom here. Nagpa transvaginal ultrasound ako last Aug. 16 and my baby was detected, and 6 weeks na sya. Meron din sya heartbeat at 142bpm. And then nagkaroon ako ng bleeding na sobrang minimal lng, as in konti lng. Kanina, I did another transvi to check my baby, but suddenly no heartbeat was found. Pero ung size nya ay tama lng sa age nya which is 8weeks and 2days. Pinapaulit ulit ang transvi ko next tuesday. Possible kaya na bumalik yung heartbeat ni baby? Sobrang lungkot ko talaga at naiyak ako ng malaman kong wala syang heartbeat kanina. ? Any opinion po or same instances na nangyari din sa inyo ito? ?
