Bleeding // Spotting at 11 weeks pregnant

Hi mommies! Normal ba yung mag spotting or bleed at 11 weeks? Super bothered and na a anxiety na din kasi ako everytime gigising ako from nap or, then mag cr, at may makitang blood sa undies.
