ask ur doctor about s vitamins. S food naman madami namang pwede mahirap ng isa isahin. basta healthy vegetables,fish,lean meat maganda yan s katawan. avoid mo fatty food,salty food,processed at junk food. S fish bawasan ung mataas s mercury like tuna mga gnun.
