PREGNANCY RHINITIS

Hello mga Mommies! 31 weeks preggy here. Huhu since yesterday nakaranas ako ng allergy na parang 10x mas malala than my usual rhinitis tapos kaninang madaling araw, mas malalang dryness ng throat kumpara sa mga nakaraang araw. Ano pong ppwedeng remedy dito? huhu

Milky white discharge at 25 weeks

Hello po mga Mommies, new mommy here. I am 25 weeks pregnant po and before nagkakaron na ako ng discharge during pregnancy pero clear lang naman sya and konti lang. But now, nakita ko halos isang clump sya ng white milky discharge. Normal lang po ba ito? Salamat!!
