Is it ok na uminom ng Soft drinks pag buntis?

Hello mommies! Meron po ba dito sainyo ang nahilig ng soft drinks noong nasa 2nd trimester ng pagbubuntis? Lately nahilig po kasi ako ng pag-inom ng Royal lately, naalarma lang po ako ngayon kasi andami kong nabasa na bawal ang soft drinks sa buntis. Sa mga nanganak na po na nahilig sa carbonated drinks noon kumusta po ang babies niyo now?

Better not. Lots of sugar and not good for the growing fetus. If mag crave ka, it's ok to just taste it. 😘
