If breastfeeding mom ka po,mainam gatas ng ina sa rashes ng baby mo.

Unang una po kausapin niyo po si baby na ready na kayo at pwede na siya lumabas. 2nd lakad lakad at squat squat na po kayo para mag open cervix na po kayo. Also mag unli Pineapple na din po kayo to help mapa lambot ang cervix. Pwede din po kayo uminom or mag insert ng Evening primpose sa vagina niyo po.
