    Cara makan ubat tu kena betul. Kena jarakkan 2 jam sebelum atau selepas makan. Jarakkan 2 jam tu dengan susu dan kafein (coklat, teh, air bergas, kopi). Ambil makanan yang tinggi zat besi macam spinach, broccoli, nuts, pomegranate, guava, etc.
