Constipation

Mommies pa help naman po, ano po magandang remedy for my 5 month old baby formula fed(Enfamil lactose free) constipated po kasi umiiyak pag iniire yung poop di niya mailabas ng maayos sa sobrang tigas ng poop. Thank you po sa mga sasagot. Ps. I always do the exercises for constipation pero wala parin. Can I give my baby 100% pear juice?

Greyish Green poop, normal lang po ba to? Kase usually green or Yellow color ng poop ng lo ko kase mixed feed din. My lo is 4 months old.
