Shampoo with long lasting fragrance

Hi mummies, any shampoo with long lasting fragrance to recommend? Hoping that I can wash my hair once a day instead of twice. Ever since giving birth my scalp became very oily.(only scalp is oily, hair is dry) I wash twice a day, once in the morning then by afternoon got oil smell already. Need to wash again at night. Due to having extremely thick hair, it takes very long to completely dry my hair. As a mom, really no time for that 😭 I used to be able to go 3 days without washing hair but hair still smell very nice 🥲

Waahh if there’s a solution.. I also want to know!! I’ve been trying soooo many shampoos.. haven’t found one that really work. Although I must say.. washing your hair twice a day may be too much.. it may cause your scalp to produce even more oils

Perineal tear still hurts and bleed at week 5 postpartum

Hi, any mommies know if it’s normal for a perineal tear to still hurt mildly after 5 weeks? There’s still a little red blood coming out every now and then too.

Best to get it checked out by your obstetrician to understand the cause of it if it persists longer. Typically you’re looking at 3-6 weeks as the uterus is healing.
