Thick Mucus Discharge With Blood Stricks

Hi mummies, I need help.. I have been passing thick Mucus Discharge With Blood sticks for 2 or 3 days after I pass urine... Been going on every week since I'm 7weeks pregnant... Now I'm at 14 week No pain, no aches... Sometimes just light mentrual spotting.. Did any mummies experience this before? Should I go straight to A&E or just monitor first?
