Ano pong form ang need ifill-up para magclaim sa Philhealth? May nakita kasi akong form CF1 and CF2. Alin po dun ang pinapasa? And steps po when and how po magclaim. Salamat po sa sasagot ❤️ 1st time Mom-to-be po 😊

Kung employed po kayo, dala po kayo ng MDR and CF1. Yung CF1 dapat pirmado ng employer nyo, kaya hingi na lng po kayo sa HR. If Voluntary, kahit MDR lang.

Ano pong remedy sa buntis para sa hindi agad mapadumi?

advise ng OB ko is to drink pineapple juice due to its fibers. hindi ako uminom due to hyperacidity. sinisikmura ako kapag nakakainom ng pineapple juice kahit hindi buntis.
