it's it okay to do exercise, maybe I start exercise walk 3-5 months , is it bad? I DO swim also, I got slower this 6-7 months, I'm 33 weeks already I feel headache and dizzy, difficult to breathe, I feel sweat, sometimes I feel hot even inside the room with air-conditioning, even I feel contract ion in my abdomen. , is it okay also to ride on a motorcycle? From 4 months until now I do ride motorcycles with my husband. Travel 2-3 hours, going to mountain as exercise.

    Brisk walking exercise is ok. Yoga / Swimming ok too. If u are rider, avoid riding a motorcycle now, as u may feel giddy etc u wouldn’t know when u feeling unwell If your hubby is riding n you are a pillion. Short distance are ok. But travel 2-3 hours to mountain can be dangerous unless u are fit too. However I will avoid for now though. Consider Pregnancy workout at home.
