Currently 39 weeks and 1day

Im currently 39 weeks and 1 day pero no signs of labor pa din. Pasakit sakit lang ng puson and paninigas ng tyan tska discharge palang nararamdaman ko. Nag yoyoga na din and exercise at walking everyday ano po kaya maganda gawin para makatulong makapag induce ng labor?

Discharge 38weeks and 5days

Tanong lang po, may lumabas kase sakin kanina white discharge na mejo yellow and parang watery texture mucus plug napo ba yun? Currently 38weeks and 5days po ako today #advicepls #1stimemom
