makanan seimbang

Apa makanan yang boleh dimakan dan tidak boleh dimakan seawal mengandung

    Makanan mentah macam sushi, sashimi, telur separuh masak kena elakkan. Minuman berkafein pun kena elakkan. Makanan lain boleh je makan kalau tak ada allergy. Kalau takut makan nenas, air kelapa tu ikut la. Sebab saya makan sepanjang pregnant and saya ok, baby pun ok. Susu pun elok amalkan, sebab masa pregnant, kalsium banyak pergi ke baby. Senang sakit gigi. Kalau tak lalu nak minum susu, boleh ganti dengan tauhu, soya, broccoli, sayur berdaun hijau. Apa2 pun boleh tanya lebih lanjut dengan nurse atau doctor masa check up tiap bulan.
