Bleeding at 9 weeks

Hi, Im 9 weeks pregnant po and also a first time mom, I experienced bleeding last tuesday until today, nagpacheck up po ako yesterday and inultrasound po ulit ako, pero di na po makita si baby sa 2nd ultrasound pero andun pa din po yung pinaka sack nya unlike sa first na sobrang linaw niya. Should I worry po ba? Meron po ba ditong nakaexperience ng same sa akin? Ps. Nirecommend po ako ng ob ko ng 1 week bedrest at yung meds na pangpakapit kay baby.
