Buah pisang

Maaf bunda semua.. Sya hamil muda 9W Krna sya tdk bsa minum obat.. Jd saat minum obat sya bantu dg memakan pisang. Tp mlhn pisang bikin saya jd mual muntah, pdhl pisang bagus untuk mengatasi sembelit Boleh minta saran bunda Pengganti pisang yg manfaatnya sama dan bsa utk membantu sya saat minum vitamin dan obat.
