    Makan banyak buah dan sayur.. protein hewaninya jg yg banyak.. kurangi gula dan nasi putih kalo bisa karbo diganti ke karbo kompleks kaya jagung dan kentang.. jangan lupa olahraga minimal jalan kaki 30 menit seminggu 3x.. saya sudah bolak balik dokter buat promil intinya sama harus bagusin pola hidup dulu klo mau cepet
