8 weeks pregnant bleeding after sex normal po ba ito mga mam, respect my question pls,

first time mom po ako ito po nangyare ? 😢 natatakot po ako dipo ako makatulog now. 😓 pwede po ba ako makunan nito ayan po yung bleed ko nag wash po kasi ako private ko. 😓
