period tak datang selepas bersalin

Saya bersalin pada 6 disember 2019,,, kire2 6 Bulan yg lalu tapi sehingga kini saya Masih belum period... Dah banyak Kali buat pregnancy test tapi ujian negatif.. perlukah saya risau?

my 1y and 5m daughter don't want to eat chicken/fish/meat

I'm starting to worried that my daughter just eating plain pasta, fruits and veggies.. porridge?? a big no to her? so, need some advice here?
