Hi mga mommies ..unang araw ba ng pag ka 6 months ng baby pwede na pakainin at anu po ang pwedeng ipakain kay baby ..salamat po ..first time mommy..

avocado daw po ma kase brain food. basta fruits lang po muna and veggies.

Ask ko lang po mga mommies..exclusive breast feeding po kasi ako pag labas palang ni baby kaso po babalik na po ako sa trabaho tinry ko padidiin si baby ng formula milk ayaw nya po dumdidi. Anu po ba magandang gawin? Salamat po sa mga sasagot.
