Saya pernah hb low masa pregnant. Mcm2 try. Buah delima, jus delima, buah naga, tak skip mkn hari2. Klo bosan mkn buah naga sy mkn buah jambu batu. Tapi hb tetap low. Saya try minum calla milk.
