Boleh kah bumil puasa bunda,usia kandungan 6 jalan.

    Boleh bunda, dicoba dulu kuat atau ndak. Sahurnya harus yg bernutrisi. Ditambah susu hamil atau vitamin kehamilan. Kalau pas puasa muntah berlebihan, dehidrasi, sebaiknya konsultasikan dgn dokter.
