Embryonic demise

Had my transvaginal yesterday and result was embryonic demise dahil walang heartbeat at 6weeks and 5 days, pero during pregnancy never ako nag bleed sabi ni Obgyne hintayin daw muna namin until next week at mag ultrasound ulit.nagspotting ako pero occasionally lng,very worried ako dhil had my miscarriage last 2019.kaya kinakabahan ako sobra .please po if you have any experience like this , help me.thankyou
