Help! Having a hard time sleeping!

Im on my 18 weeks now , it is okay to not at sleep at all ?. i can't sleep ,mostly at night . That's why i felt dissy and nauseus during the day. I felt tired always.Adding that there is a total lockdown in our area, there's nothing to do just to relax and sit down .I want to sleep but can't. I don't know what to do .I want to rest at daytime because i have'nt slept for days. ?
