1st time mom questions

Any suggestions po for a day recipes good for pregnancy. Hindi ko kasi mapigilan mag crave sa mga bawal and also lagi akong puyat. Any advice para makatulog ng maaga and a day recipes #advicepls #1stimemom

Sakin we try to cook something na masabaw and with malunggay. So usually ang favorite ko ay Tinola na malunggay. Heheh. I have Diabetis ngaung buntis ako kaya iwas ako sa high in sugar din. What I do ay konti yung rice ko pero malakas ako sa ulam at lalo na sa high in protein. If meron ako craving, I don’t deprive myself pero titikim lang ako just to satisfy my craving. Halimbawa, halo halo, tikim ako dalawang subo then tapos na. Recipes I’m not really cooking. Asawa ko ksi yung nakatoka dun ehehe. Pero ayun I just make sure na sa kahit isang meal may sabaw ako. I also drink lots of fluids din! Sa tulog actually problem ko yan ngayon. Pero ginagawa ko basta antukin na ako titigil na ako sa work at matutulog na kahit in the middle of the day heheh.
