Exercise (28 weeks preggy)

Good morning mommies! 28 weeks preggy here (first time mom) tanong ko lang po if pwede na po akong mag exercise? If yes, any suggestion po kung anong pwede? At ilang beses po sa isang linggo ako pwede mag exercise? Gusto ko kasi sana magnormal delivery lang hehe. Medyo may manas na daw ako ng konti sabi ng OB ko kaya gusto ko na din sana mag exercise.
