hard stool with blood

My 1.6 year old toddler is difficult to poop, hard stool and sometimes may blood na sa poop niya, 3 times na kami nag change ng # gatas from, nido, lactum, then now bonakid... Umiinom nmn sya ng tubig, di din sya kumain ng kanin, gatas lng everyday. Ano po dapat gawin? Or any recommendations sa gatas po?

Advise lang po na at that age, more on solid foods na po dapat ang diet ni lo. Start with fruits and veggies po para high fiber. "For toddlers over 12 months, they advise limiting the intake of cow's milk to no more than 500ml (2 cups) in 24 hours.
