Foods recommended for mommy or formula recommended

Hello mga mommies. I'm a FTM, ask ko lang po pano po ba tumaba si LO? Btw she's 3 months old na po and want ko po sana na makita na tumaba taba po si baby. Any recommendation po ng foods for me lara po pampataba ni LO kasi po nagbebreastfeed po ako or mas okay po ba na iformula ko na lang po sya? TIA sa mga sasagot po.☺️

Mataba doesn't mean healthy, kung sa adults nga it can even be perceived negatively. Unlike formula, wala pong unnecessary fats and sugar ang breastmilk, and easily digestible si baby kaya hindi tabain compared to formula-fed babies. Kung hindi rin po tabain ang genes ng family nyo ni hubby, huwag rin po iexpect na tabain si baby. Ang importante po ay pasok sa normal range ang weight ni baby, healthy at hindi sakitin ☺️ Hindi naman po kailangan na mataba.
