Period delay but upt negative

Hai assalam, sy dh delay period 6hri, & sblm ni kitaran haid okay & teratur je. Is it hormon?

Maybe due to hormone issue, tapi ada sesetengah ibu juga level hcg masih rendah so susah nak tahu pregnant or not. Kalau lepas 7 to 8 hari missed period, UPT masih negative, cuba try check melalui darah kat klinik wanita.
