banyakin jalan sama gerak. saya waktu itu 9hari menuju hpl. mulai ngerasain nya jam 6 pagi jam 11 siang sudah lahiran. pas ngerasain kontraksi saya banyak2 jalan 100 meter saya jalan balik lagi kerumah baru di bawa ke bidan
