perut sakit pasca melahirkan

sya punya baby udh usia 5 buln tapi perut sya masih suka skit,klo kta org kampung mah turun peranakan.. udh di urut udh sembuh tpi krna sering gendong baby nya jadi skit lgi perutnya... gimna ya bun biar gk sakit2 lgi biar sembuh total gitu,?
