hello mga mommies! good day po! ask ko lang po sana kung ano ang medicine na over-the -counter lang ang pwede sa buntis. mag 2 months pregnant po ako..thankyou?

morning sickness

Hello? i just want to ask if there is some remedies for morning sickness. I do not experience nausea with vomitting,only every morning i feel so heavy. Hindi ko po first time magbuntis pero kasi this pregnancy is different from the first one. Thanks for answering?

Eating banana can help and also drink lots of water. If your stomach feels acidic, drink alkaline water only and avoid acidic fruits. Having a multivitamin also helps, Obimin Plus or Iberet brands did wonders to uplift my energy daily.
