Craving for an ice cream

Hello, safe po ba ice cream during first trimester? What ice cream brands are safe? I'm a first time mom and had no idea what to eat and what not. You can eat anything naman sis. Basta in moderation lang lalo if wala ka namang case ng mataas na sugar go lang any ice cream flavor.
