Ubat yg dibenarkan waktu Demam selsema semasa pregnent

Salam...saya preggy 20wk. Ini anak ke-4 dan ke-4 kalinya juga caeser nanti. sekarang demam, batuk, selsema. selain panadol, ada tak alternatif lain yg boleh utk sy kurangkn rasa batuk selsema ni utk mengelak dr semput teruk?
