Posisi melintang

Usia kehamilan 32minggu, tp posisi janinnya masih melintang, ada saran sebaiknya yg di lakukan agar posisi kepala janin kebawah? Sampai minggu keberapa janin masih bisa ubah posisi?

    banyakin nungging/sujud/ ngepel jongkok bun. setau saya kalau janin udah masuk panggul udah kekunci gk bkl muter
