Training helper with Confinement Nanny

Hi mummies! Am recently thinking of hiring a helper to come in at the time of my confinement so that she can also learn some skills from the confinement Nanny. Has anyone done that before? Does it work? Or will nannies end up not doing anything instead (heard from a friend)?

This plan is good. But sometimes provided the maid you hire is a fast learner. You don't have to worry about nanny not doing anything, u cannot have this mineset because ultimately if nanny do less and maid do more will only benefit u because ur ultimate care person for baby is picking up. Rather than everything let nanny do your maid just observe, by than u should feel even more worried because after nanny leave she still don't pick up any skills from her.
