Paano malaman kung nakaopen na ang cervix?

Hello ,,ask ko lang kung paano malalaman kung open na ang cervix? Nagpacheckup ako kanina closed pa daw cervix ko pero binigyan ako ng primrose after ko uminum nun pagkauwi ko may blood ang panty liner ko? Sumasakit din puson ko at balakang, nagtatae din ako na nanghihina. Pa 38 weeks na ako sa sunday. Thank you
