perut sering kram

Assalamualaikum bunda,ada yg pernh ngalamin juga gk kya sya? kandungan masuk usia 5bulan,perut sering terasa kram sampe keluar keringat,badan jadi panas,tpi cuma sebentar dan berulang2 setiap hari.
