Bloated or bump at 7 weeks?

Most articles suggest that the baby bump only appears in the second trimester. I’m at 7 weeks but my abdomen is obviously distended. I’m not having constipation but I noticed burping more often. Is it possible to have a baby bump at 7 weeks?
