First OB appointment

I had a stillborn 3 years ago, and I'm really early in my current pregnancy, but I've been trying to get health insurance, but it seems to be going at snails pace to hear anything back. I have my first dr appointment at 8 weeks pregnant, but it wont even be to hear the heartbeat. I wish there was something I could do to calm my nerves in the meantime...

Dinner Ideas

I work alot of nights and I dont feel like making a big meal, especially if it takes a lot of stove/oven time lol any ideas on something I can make thats pregnancy friendly?
